Sa’Cha At Dubai Creek Harbour Offers Complimentary Personalised Welcome Cocktail For All Guests Visiting Until End Of April

Sa’Cha, a new homegrown dining destination, opened its doors this January, making its mark on Dubai Creek Harbour’s vibrant dining scene. It’s now offering a personalised hello with a complimentary welcome drink for all guests visiting until the end of April. When you arrive, simply share your alcohol choice and favourite flavours and the bar team will get mixing.

A Latin-Asian restaurant led by chefs, not trends, Sa’Cha brings together South American inspiration and Asian technique through the deeply personal journeys of its founders.

Founded by Chef-turned-restauranteurPang, alongside Chef Nicolas Badran, the duo unite their cultures, experiences and philosophies to create a dining experience rooted in freedom, flavour and authenticity.

Chef Pang brings over 17 years of international experience to his first independent restaurant. Formerly Head Chef of COYA Abu Dhabi for six years, he played a key role in opening COYA in Doha and Riyadh and led the reopening of COYA Mayfair in London. He later went on to become Executive Sous Chef at SUSHISAMBA. His transition from celebrated chef to restaurateur marks a defining moment in his culinary journey.

Joining him is Chef Nicolas Badran, former Head Chef of SUSHISAMBA, whose Colombian heritage and global experience bring boldness, precision and contemporary flair to the kitchen. Together, Pang and Nicolas champion what they describe as “freedom in cooking” an approach that respects tradition while allowing creativity, memory and emotion to lead.

The menu reflects this philosophy with confidence and clarity. Guests can expect vibrant guacamole composed of grilled avocado and leche de tigre, seafood dishes that move beyond classic ceviche, indulgent King crab cazuelaArgentinian prawns, 10-hour braised wagyu beef cheek, and refined desserts such as chocolate mousse and churros

Named Sa’Cha, meaning “forest” in Quechua, the restaurant offers an immersive, modern Amazon-inspired setting. Lush greenery, sculptural details and statement animal lamps create a sensory escape that feels both intimate and transportive. A striking bar, invites guests to begin their journey with crafted cocktails before moving into the dining experience, while an open kitchen brings energy, movement and theatre to the space.

Sa’Cha also features an outdoor terrace overlooking the waters and skyline of Dubai offering breathtaking sunset views and a relaxed, neighbourhood-driven atmosphere. “Sa’Cha is a reflection of our journeys; where we’ve come from, what we’ve learned, and how we want to cook today,” says Pang. “At Sa’Cha, we give ourselves the freedom to truly express who we are as chefs. We’re not trying to fit into trends or predefined concepts. We simply focus on making food that is honest and delicious. It doesn’t matter where a dish comes from or how it’s labelled, as long as it feels right. For us, good food is simple food done well, and that belief is at the heart of everything we do.”

In addition to dinner, Sa’Cha offers a thoughtfully curated weekday lunch menu, available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm. Priced at AED 128, the menu includes two appetisers and one main, while the express lunch, priced at AED 98, features one appetiser and one main, ideal for a relaxed yet flavour-driven midday experience.

Lunch appetisers include roasted leeks with Manchego cheese and truffle, wagyu empanadas, yellowtail soft tacos, and a refreshing cucumber and apple salad with sweet miso dressing. Main courses range from the signature 10-hour braised wagyu beef cheek and Amazonian fish, to a comforting fried rice and quinoa with chicken satay.

More than just a restaurant, Sa’Cha is a sensory dining experience, one that celebrates culture, craftsmanship and connection. With its chef-led ethos, immersive design and approachable fine-dining philosophy, Sa’Cha is set to become a new favourite for Dubai’s food lovers seeking something genuine, personal and memorable.
