Novecento Dubai is marking October with a series of culinary celebrations, bringing together authentic Italian flavours, seasonal ingredients and family-friendly touches for International Chefs Day, World Pasta Day and Halloween.
Celebrating International Chefs Day and World Pasta Day
From 19 to 24 October, Novecento will celebrate International Chefs Day and World Pasta Day with a special dish created to showcase the restaurant’s culinary craftsmanship. Guests can enjoy homemade Gnocchi di Patate, potato gnocchi served with white seafood ragù and langoustine from Mazara del Vallo, Sicily.
The limited-time dish highlights the skill and precision behind handmade Italian pasta while celebrating the chefs who bring Novecento’s dining experience to life.

A Taste of Halloween
From 26 to 31 October, Novecento will embrace the season with a pumpkin-inspired Halloween menu featuring comforting Italian dishes with a playful autumnal twist.
The limited-time selection includes Crema di Zucca, creamy pumpkin soup with pumpkin seeds and Parmesan sablé; Risotto alla Zucca, pumpkin risotto with crispy aged beef bacon, burrata and fresh herbs; and Pizza Diavola con Zucca, pizza topped with pumpkin purée, spicy spianata, smoked mozzarella and rocket leaves.
Families are also welcome to join the celebrations, with children receiving Halloween candy at the reception throughout the activation.
