Dubai is about to get a new reason to look up. Set to reopen in mid-November, TAPASAKE Dubai returns to One&Only One Za’abeel with a new restaurant, Sky Lounge and its iconic Infinity Pool, bringing together an elevated day-to-night experience high above the city.

Boardwalk welcomes back its Squisito Brunch from Saturday, October 17^th, at its waterfront setting at Dubai Creek Resort. Taking place every Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the afternoon combines a sharing-style menu served to the table, free-flowing beverages and live duo entertainment, all overlooking Dubai Creek.

Jun’s, the multi-award-winning restaurant in Downtown Dubai, introduces a new 10-course tasting menu by Chef Kelvin Cheung. Priced at AED 560 per person, the menu brings together dishes shaped by his Chinese heritage, North American upbringing, classical training and life in the Middle East. A complete vegetarian tasting menu is also available for AED 490 per person, offering its own thoughtfully developed interpretation of every course.

One&Only The Palm is set to welcome Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno, a new waterfront destination shaped by the flavours, energy, and social rhythm of the Riviera. Opening on 19 October 2026, Casea 101 brings together Italian coastal cuisine, Mediterranean ingredients and an atmosphere made for long lunches, golden hours and evenings that unfold at their own pace. 

Multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno will open L’Abysse Dubai at One&Only The Palm on 19 October 2026, introducing his distinctive interpretation of omakase to the Middle East for the first time. Following L’Abysse in Paris, Monaco and Osaka, the intimate 34-seat restaurant combines Japanese craftsmanship, the close connection between sushi master and guest, and Alléno’sCuisine of Time in a setting shaped by precision, artistry and discovery. 

Junk is bringing the Peppercorn Smash Burger to Dubai — a limited-edition burger inspired by classic L’Entrecôte steak and fries.. 

AMARU Restaurant & Lounge has unveiled ‘Chef’s Journey’, an immersive multi-course dining experience celebrating the bold flavours, fire-led cooking and rich culinary traditions of Latin America. Available daily at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, the experience invites guests to discover the continent through four curated menus, each offering a distinct perspective on AMARU’s culinary philosophy. Guests can choose from the signature AMARU Journey Menu, the plant-forward Vegetarian Journey Menu, the concise Chef’s Selection, or the premium Chef’s Signature – each thoughtfully crafted to showcase the diversity, heritage and contemporary creativity that define Latin American cuisine.

 Isabella Cucina Welcomes Golden Hour with a Complimentary First Aperol Spritz

As summer begins to bow out, Isabella Cucina Italiana is inviting guests to make the most of Dubai’s early evenings with Golden Hour, Golden Spritz, a relaxed daily aperitivo moment celebrating good company, Italian flavours and the warm glow of sunset.

Mid-week at Cucina now comes with their own soundtrack. Sips & Serenata brings together live music and an aperitivo evening inspired by the Italian tradition of gathering over good food, wine and company. Guests can settle in over free-flow wine carafes and signature spritzes as the evening unfolds, with the Tagliere dello Chef, a generous antipasti board of Italian cheeses and cold cuts, to share. Musician Verou Poli, known across Dubai for her one-woman-band performances combining vocals, piano, percussion and live looping, provides the entertainment. The à la carte menu also remains available throughout the evening, and add-ons such as arancini, bruschetta and fried calamari are on offer for those who want a little more.
