Chris Gordon, CEO of Wynn Development, was at the Future Hospitality Summit and disclosed that Wynn plans to run all its restaurants in-house.
He said: “We tend to develop and operate our own brands. We hire our own chefs, and we run it all ourselves. Almost all brands are our own.”
Keeping everything food-related in-house has served Wynn well in Las Vegas and Macau, allowing the company to control the quality of the service at all the restaurants under the brand umbrella.
