Time Out Market Dubai Hosts An Exclusive Wine & Dine With Slab Cocina’s Chef Omar Rodriguez, Taking Place 29th January

Time Out Market Dubai, the food and cultural market bringing the best of the city together under one roof, is closing out January with an exclusive Wine & Dine experience led by Chef Omar Rodriguez of Slab Cocina. On Thursday 29 January, The Editor’s Table will host an intimate 8-seater wine-pairing dinner in collaboration with Slab Cocina. The evening will feature a curated menu crafted by Chef Omar Rodriguez, taking diners on a delicious journey across the Americas. Slab Cocina explores bold flavours inspired by traditional dishes, from Peruvian ceviche to Mexican tacos, while incorporating seasonal ingredients and subtle Middle Eastern influences.

Each course will be expertly paired with eight curated wine tastings, with a welcome drink served on arrival. Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by knowledgeable sommeliers, creating an immersive and interactive dining experience. 

Guests will also have the opportunity to vote for the best wine pairing for each dish, with one sommelier ultimately crowned the winner. The Editor’s Table continues to spotlight a rotating lineup of chefs and wine experts, ensuring each event delivers a fresh and distinctive dining experience.
