What: Jun’s, the Michelin-awarded restaurant promises a culinary journey unlike any other, blending Chef Kelvin Cheung’s world travels with his signature third-culture cooking. The Valentine’s Day menu, begins with Lobster Pani Puriand Watermelon Tartar, made from compressed watermelon, charred avocado and agua de chile. For the main course, guests can select from a choice of three options including the Miso Chilean Seabass, Australian Wagyu Ribeye MB7, or a decadent Wild Truffle Ravioli. The evening continues with a choice of Manchego Brulee, Sourdough, Fig Jam, Apple Butter, and Roasted Grapes, or Textures of Chocolate with veloute, chocolate rocks, chocolate soil and chocolate mousse.
