Akira Back Dubai, the Michelin Guide–recommended restaurant at W Dubai – The Palm, will host an exclusive dinner collaboration on January 15th, featuring Head Chef Giovanni Ledon in collaboration with President Chotaro Horii of Horii Shichimeien, one of Japan’s oldest and most respected tea producers and Haiya Tarik, founder of HAIYATEA. The Stables on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai is very inviting and a must-visit!

It delivers a thoroughly satisfying dining experience. The food was excellent, with the roast chicken cooked to perfection and a lamb dish that truly stood out for its flavor and tenderness. Drinks were equally well executed and promptly delivered.

The classic toffee pudding made for a comforting and well-balanced dessert. Mouth-Watering.

The music selection added to the atmosphere, setting a relaxed and enjoyable tone for the afternoon.

Live music begins in the early evening, which we unfortunately missed, but it’s a feature that clearly adds to the venue’s appeal. Overall, The Stables impresses with strong food, good drinks, and a lively ambiance.

This festive season, The Stables Dubai transforms into a cosy winter escape filled with nostalgic charm, seasonal flavours, and joyful celebrations.
