That’s exactly what RARE Brasserie & Bar is bringing to City Walk with the launch of Wednesday Burger Club, a brand-new weekly concept built around four exclusive burgers you’ll only find one day a week.
That’s right. None of them are available on RARE’s regular menu.
Every Wednesday, guests can choose from the current Burger Club line-up: The Oklahoma Smash, The Kimchi Smash, Hot Honey Chicken and Filet-O-Fish, each served with a choice of skin-on or sweet potato fries. The experience doesn’t stop there either, with signature desserts including the Skillet Cookie and Whipped Burnt Cheesecake for those who believe every great burger deserves a proper ending.
And while these four kick things off, don’t get too attached. Think of it as the first drop. The Burger Club menu will continue to evolve, with new creations making appearances over time, giving guests a fresh reason to come back again and again.
The experience is proudly powered by Guinness and designed to become part of your weekly routine not because it’s discounted, but because it’s genuinely worth coming back for.
“Everyone waits for Friday,” says the team at RARE. “We thought Wednesday deserved a little more love and vibe. So we created four burgers you literally can’t order any other day of the week. That’s the whole idea. Show up on Wednesday, or wait another seven days.”
Wednesday Burger Club is the latest addition to RARE’s growing calendar of weekly experiences, joining a line-up designed to give Dubai diners something they don’t already have.
