Guests are invited to discover exquisite flavours and create delicious memories while enjoying the breath-taking view, proclaimed as one of the best in the city.
The stylish restaurant is the perfect spot for a charming mid-week lunch, with a menu that showcases stunning plates of artistry, featuring dish options from both land and sea. Serving unforgettable Aegeanflavours, guests can enjoy a selection of starters that are perfect for sharing,such as the fresh Seabass Cevicheserved with crispy sweet potato, cancha corns and leche de tigre or the Iberian Cured Beefaccompanied by roasted cherry tomatoes, hazelnuts and a piquant vinaigrette.
For the main course,guests can choose from delectable dishes including the Tuna T-Bone Steak,complimented with caper chips and roasted pepper purée, or the Monkfish Skewer, complete with padrón peppers and garlic chips. For meat lovers, the mouth-watering USDA Prime Tenderloin is grilled to preference and served with pan-seared foie gras, caramelized onions and a creamy truffle sauce.
