The Blacksmith Bar And Eatery Introduces An All New A La Carte Menu

Marina hotspot, The Blacksmith Bar and Eatery, is shaking things up with the launch of an all new a la carte menu, introducing an array of new dishes and smokey flavors.

Staying true to the original concept of serving delicious smoked dishes, the venue has revamped its menu to incorporate ingredients from across the land, sea and paddock, utilizing new cooking techniques, from smoking to grilling, frying, braising and introducing an all-new wood fired oven.

Designed to deliver the highest quality, the Josper Oven uses extremely high and intense temperature to cook the meat to perfection, with fat dripping from the meat directly into the fire, flavoring the wood and charcoal and making the meat tastier, juicier, and more flavorsome than any other grilling method.

Along with the new techniques, the restaurant takes inspiration from Southern flavors, paying homage to Texas and Northern Carolina with the new range of smoked items and signature side dishes such as the signature Mac and 4 Cheese and Buttered Greens, with shallots and roasted hazelnuts.

Using these new techniques and culinary influences, the menu now features a selection of impeccably smoked dishes and beautifully grilled seafood and veggies. Guests can expect a wide array of dishes to choose from including, the 36-hour Braised Short Rib, which is slow cooked and presented with red wine glaze, butter mash and glazed baby carrots and beans, the Grilled Tiger Prawns, dressed with tomato herb fondue and lemon hollandaise, and the Blacksmith Burger, consisting of a Wagyu beef patty, pulled beef brisket, smoked chipotle mayonnaise, and slaw served on a freshly baked potato bun with onion rings.
