Homer Lobster emerged from the vision of its founder Moïse Sfez, who encountered the delectable sandwich while exploring New York. Inspired by this experience, he brought the concept to his homeland, France. After extensive training at the prestigious French business school Vatel and working alongside Michelin-starred chefs in Paris and London, Moise set out to further elevate a concept that would combine street food culture with the sophistication of fine dining.
In addition to the renowned Lobster Rolls, Homer Lobster offers a carefully curated menu that includes enticing options such as Lobster Roll & Crayfish, Tuna Melt, and Salmon Pastrami, each crafted with the same dedication to quality and flavour. And to complete the culinary experience, Homer Lobster offers a range of mouth-watering sides, such as artisanal truffle or caviar & chips, homemade coleslaw, and the renowned Grilled Cheese with melted cheddar for those with hearty appetites.
