Located in Dubai Marina, Observatory Lounge at Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites is marking Cinco de Mayo with a week-long celebration from 5th to 12th May 2026. Set on the 52nd floor, the venue offers sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah, creating a vibrant setting for an evening of bold flavours. Known for its Asian and Latin American cuisine, the experience features a menu centered around Mexican favourites, including freshly made tacos and margaritas.
The taco menu features three options. The Short Rib Carnitas includes 12 hour braised short rib crisped on the plancha, served with salsa verde, white onion and fresh coriander. The Baja Fish Taco offers crispy corvina with cabbage slaw, chipotle aioli and fresh lime. The Pollo Asado is a grilled chicken thigh marinated in guajillo chilli, topped with pico de gallo and smashed avocado. Guests can order a Taco Flight at AED 92, or individually at AED 25 per taco. Guests can also opt for an unlimited tacos and margaritas package at AED 192 per person, allowing them to enjoy the full taco selection alongside a range of margaritas throughout the evening.
Moreover, a dedicated margarita menu is available at AED 25 per drink, with five flavours to choose from. Options include the Azalea Margarita with tequila, pineapple and grenadine, the Passion Fruit Margarita, the Classic Tommy’s with agave syrup, the Strawberry Margarita and the Devil Smoked Margarita, finished with red wine and smoke water.
