Following its warmly received opening in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Noren introduces its Business Lunch, bringing the restaurant’s Japanese cooking and neighbourhood spirit to the weekday table.
For founders Ilir Caushi and Pawel Kazanowski, Noren was always intended to become part of people’s everyday lives. Choosing JLT reflected that vision: to create a neighbourhood restaurant where guests could return for good food and a warm welcome throughout the week. The new lunch menu builds on that idea, welcoming those stepping away from the office, catching up with friends or gathering with the kids for an after-school meal.
Available Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 5pm, at AED 89 per person, the Business Lunch includes miso soup and the chef’s selection of starters, followed by a choice of one main. Options include chilli lemon cauliflower donburi, beef yakisoba noodles, miso eggplant and salmon sashimi donburi, among other dishes.
With considered Japanese cooking and plenty of choice, the menu is designed to work just as well for a quick lunch between meetings as it does for a leisurely afternoon around the table.
