Multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno will open L’Abysse Dubai at One&Only The Palm on 19 October 2026, introducing his distinctive interpretation of omakase to the Middle East for the first time. Following L’Abysse in Paris, Monaco and Osaka, the intimate 34-seat restaurant combines Japanese craftsmanship, the close connection between sushi master and guest, and Alléno’sCuisine of Time in a setting shaped by precision, artistry and discovery.
L’Abysse Dubai will open its doors at One&Only The Palm on 19 October 2026, marking the latest chapter in Yannick Alléno’s international culinary journey and bringing the L’Abysse experience to Dubai for the first time.
