Junk is bringing the Peppercorn Smash Burger to Dubai — a limited-edition burger inspired by classic L’Entrecôte steak and fries..
The build is simple: Junk’s smashed beef patty, peppercorn sauce and shoestring fries, all packed into a Brioche bun. The peppercorn sauce brings a subtle heat and richness, while the fries add that salty crunch you crave in a proper smash.
It’s a classic combination, but with Junk’s own stamp: minimal, quality-led, stripped back and indulgent.
The Peppercorn Smash will be available from now for a limited time at Junk’s 25 Jump Street location, starting from AED 55.
