Hard Rock Cafe(R) Dubai Introduces Locally Created “Dubai Dream” Burger for the Company’s World Burger Tour Competition

Starting today, Hard Rock Cafe® Dubai has thrown its locally developed Dubai Dream Burger into the ring for the return of the Hard Rock World Burger Tour competition, where Cafes around the world compete to have their special new burgers added to the menu. The delicious “Dubai Dream” Burger is available for a limited time only at the Dubai Festival City location, and based on its popularity with guests, has the chance to make it to stardom with a permanent place on the global Hard Rock Cafe burger menu.

Back by popular demand, the Hard Rock Cafe World Burger Tour encourages local Cafe team members to show off their creativity and culinary skills by submitting unique burger recipes that elevate the classic, fan-favorite meal. The “Dubai Dream” Burger is the brainchild of the culinary team at Hard Rock Cafe Dubai and the inspiration behind it comes from the diverse cultural influences and culinary traditions found in Dubai.

Dubai is known for its vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere, where people from all over the world live & work together to create a melting pot of flavours. The combination of traditional Middle Eastern flavours with contemporary elements, such as the use of feta cheese and arugula, adds a unique twist to the classic burger, making it a “dream” creation that captures the essence of Dubai’s dynamic food scene. Featuring two smashed and stacked burgers, seasoned with aromatic Arabian spices and seared medium well, a symphony of Feta cheese, arugula leaves, vine ripened tomato, crisp cucumber slices and creamy tahini sauce, it celebrates the cultural diversity and vibrant spirit of Dubai, making it a delicious representation of the city’s culinary landscape.
