The restaurant’s commitment to quality is evident in its use of premium ingredients, including 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Caputo flour of various types, organic eggs, and cold-pressed Lorenzo olive oil.

Behind this gastronomic marvel are the visionary minds of the AVA Team – Anton Pinsky, Vitaly Istomin, and Artem Losev. Pinsky is a recipient of the prestigious Palm Branch award and GQ’s Restaurateur of the Year. Along with brand chefs Istomin and Losev, they bring a wealth of experience from their ventures with Michelin-starred restaurants and 50 Best projects, infusing creativity and expertise into every dish. Both Artem and Vitaly’s international experience spans Belgium, Norway, England, and Switzerland, while Pinsky also has successful restaurants in Kazakhstan, Doha, Oman, and Turkey.
Loona was established in Eastern Europe in the summer of 2022 and has quickly earned a reputation of being the best Italian restaurant in the country. Now, Dubai residents and visitors alike can experience its culinary excellence firsthand.

Loona is one of the AVA Team’s restaurants in Eastern Europe. The team also operates five other restaurants with different cuisines, from modern Asian to seafood and meat-focused projects.
Loona is also renowned for its delightful breakfasts presenting a fusion of traditional Russian dishes such as porridge, syrniki, eggs, and pancakes adorned with the sophisticated signature style of chefs Losev and Istomin. Additionally, it offers captivating interpretations of Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast is served from 9am to 12 pm and the breakfast hits are available till 6:00pm.
