Sunset, sizzling grills, cocktails and a soundtrack to match – Jones the Grocer’s much-loved Sundown Brunch at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is back for another season of weekend celebrations by the water, bringing a fresh new format to the table, from Friday 30th October.
Set against the sparkling backdrop of Dubai Marina, with stunning views across the Palm Jumeirah, the beachside brunch is designed for long, laid-back evenings with family, friends or colleagues – and this season, there’s a brand-new setup to enjoy.
Forget loading up one plate at a time. The new Sundown Brunch experience brings a curated selection of appetisers and desserts, while the main event happens live at a series of cooking stations. Guests can tuck into The Aussie Barbie Collection, featuring beef brisket, grilled chicken, sausages and steak, alongside a station for freshly made pasta and pizza prepared to order.
Of course, no sundown celebration would be complete without something cold in hand. Guests can choose from a selection of signature cocktails and free-flowing drinks, with packages starting from AED 249 for the soft package, AED 329 for the house package and AED 429 for the premium package. Little brunchers aged 6-12 can join the fun for AED 149, and kids under 6 years old can eat for free!
As the sun dips over the Dubai skyline, the atmosphere turns up a notch with live DJ sets and a saxophonist, creating the perfect soundtrack for an evening that starts with sunset and ends whenever the good times do.
