Whether gathering over dinner, meeting friends for cocktails or enjoying a weekend evening in the city, MiMi Mei Fair offers a destination for every stage of the night. Located on Downtown Boulevard, the restaurant brings together contemporary Chinese cuisine, immersive Art Deco interiors and the intimate atmosphere of Moon Bar by MiMi, creating an evening that transports guests to 1920s Shanghai.
MiMi’s Dinner Set Menu, available daily from 6pm, invites guests to experience MiMi Mei Fair’s contemporary interpretation of Chinese cuisine through a three-course tasting menu priced at AED 228 per person.
The experience begins with a choice of appetisers, from the crisp Wasabi Prawns and delicately folded Chicken Gyoza to the Salt & Pepper Tofu, before continuing with a choice of signature mains including Caramelised Crispy Mandarin Beef, Black Bean Chicken or Mala Spicy Tofu, accompanied by Classic Egg Fried Rice and Crunchy Seasonal Vegetables. The evening concludes on a sweet note with a choice of desserts, from the indulgent Flourless Chocolate Bar to the vibrant Passion Fruit Cheesecake or the tropical Coco-Mango Sundae.
The menu also includes a choice of two signature cocktails – including the Lantern Margarita, Shanghai Fizz and Goji Cosmopolitan – or a 375ml bottle of wine, creating a considered evening pairing of cuisine and cocktails.
For those looking to continue the evening, Moon Bar by MiMi offers an intimate cocktail destination hidden within the restaurant. Inspired by the legend of Yutu, the Jade Rabbit of the moon, Moon Bar blends Film Noir glamour with Chinese folklore through lacquered finishes, Art Deco details and a storytelling-led cocktail programme.
From Thursday to Saturday, Moon Bar Flows offers three hours of free-flowing cocktails, selected wines and non-alcoholic creations from 7pm to 1am, priced at AED 174 per person. Guests can indulge in signature cocktails including the Soju Spagliato, Lychee Gin Sour, Picante, Xing Sour, Chá Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini, alongside wines from Arcadian, South Australia and the non-alcoholic Sparkling Tea.
Rooted in the heritage of MiMi Mei Fair and expressed through a modern lens, the restaurant offers a setting for every kind of evening – from intimate dinners and cocktails shared with friends to celebrations and gatherings.
