Premier dining destination, Roberto’s, is excited to announce its 5-course Valentine’s Day menu alongside an amuse-bouche of Oysters with Pink Pepper and Bergamot. Available exclusively on the Cortina and Lounge Terrace, guests will dine on Radicchio “Gorizia”, Cedar-marinated Langoustine, Yoghurt and Caviar for starters, Lemongrass Risotto with Violette Shrimps and Sage, Roasted Amberjack, Saffron Sauce and “Barba di Frate” for mains, and for dessert, a refreshing Cold Soup of Cherry and Rhubarb, Rose petal and Raspberry Sorbet.
