
Tigrus Holding, founded by global restauranteur Henrik Winther, brings its sustainable business approach to the UAE this March with the launch of Shvili and Osteria Mario in Dubai Hills Mall. The restaurant concept hosts two brands in one space while sharing a no waste menu initiative. The outlets are separated by a children’s activity hub made from eco-friendly materials and will host daily cooking classes and even nature-based activity sessions to educate and entertain children while parents enjoy their meal.
