Beefbar Unveils New Global Cocktail Menu Inspired By Destinations Of The World

Beefbar, renowned for its international cuisine with an innovative twist, is glad to officially announce the launch of its new Global Cocktail Menu. Inspired by Beefbar destinations around the world, this exclusive menu offers a delightful journey through 22 classic yet surprising cocktail creations that perfectly complement the restaurant’s diverse culinary offerings. The Beefbar Monaco team worked closely with the Dubai team to innovate and bring the cocktail menu to fruition.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Beefbar’s new cocktail menu reflects the brand’s identity and dedication to creating one-of-a-kind beverage experiences. Each cocktail is a timeless masterpiece, skillfully prepared with seasonal ingredients, homemade syrups, and infusions, ensuring a vibrant drinking experience with every sip.

Beverages on this menu feature brand-new creations that mix classic cocktails with a Beefbar twist as well as newly crafted ones unique to Beefbar. Classic with a Beefbar touch includes the Tropical Negroni, a version containing coconut oil-washed Campari with rum and pineapple & vanilla vermouth, and the KB Fashioned, house bourbon is fat-washed with Kobe and Wagyu tallow to give a smooth and silky texture, Angostura bitters, and dark brown sugar. New original cocktails include the Mediterranean Touch, a light, refreshing, and fruity cocktail made with lychee liqueur, fig jam, green apple juice, ginger syrup, and cucumber foam, the Cuban Samurai, Cuban rum is delicately blended with Japanese tea and yuzu pureed with matcha tea and sugarcane syrup. In addition, throughout the menu each drink is perfectly paired with several dishes from the food menu, especially those from the Street Food selection, providing them with a 360° dining and drinking experience.

Not only is the menu an innovative presentation of cocktails of the world, but it is also a testament to the creativity and passion of Beefbar’s bar team. The team is led by Group Beverage Manager Younes Zarqoun and Bar Manager Bisham Rai Bhantooa, beverage experts with decades of experience in the field working with some of the best-known brands around the world. The dynamic team embodies a commitment to innovation and memorable beverage experiences.
