Saturdays are about to get a whole lot livelier at AMARU Dubai as the Latin American dining destination introduces Amigos Brunch – a new weekend ritual designed around exceptional food, flowing drinks, live music and memorable moments. Launched in July, this weekly brunch takes place every Saturday from 3 PM to 7 PM, capturing the warmth, energy and convivial spirit at the heart of Latin American culture. The experience is brought to life by an energetic soundtrack curated by DJ Deekaz, DJ Haks, Jevanni Letford and Wynton Harvey, creating the perfect atmosphere from afternoon through to sunset.
Set within the immersive surrounds of Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Amigos Brunch invites guests to gather around the table and experience a menu that journeys across the continent through bold flavours, premium ingredients and fire-led cooking. From vibrant starters and fresh ceviches to comforting mains and indulgent desserts, every dish has been thoughtfully curated to celebrate the diversity of Latin America’s culinary heritage.
The experience begins with a selection of sharing snacks including Guac-Guac, Cancha Chulpe and Edamame, before moving into refreshing plates such as Pacific Gold Ceviche and Octopus Causa. Guests can then enjoy an array of signature bites including the Slow Cooked Beef Taco, Arepa Reina Pepiada, Harvest Empanada and Shiitake Anticucho, followed by hearty mains including the restaurant’s celebrated 36-Hour Asado Negro and Pollo a la Brasa, accompanied by indulgent sides such as Truffle Corn and parmesan fries. The experience concludes with a sweet finale featuring Dulce de Leche Fondante and Alfajores.
Complementing the menu are two beverage experiences designed to suit every brunch occasion. Guests can choose the Amigos Package at AED 350, featuring house spirits, wines, prosecco and beer, or elevate the afternoon with the Premium Package at AED 499, offering premium spirits, an expanded wine selection, beers and a curated list of classic cocktails including Margaritas, Palomas, Negronis, Espresso Martinis and AMARU’s signature 43 Spritz.
