Al Safadi Unveils Vibrant New Summer Menu Across Oventine’s Business Bay And Motor City Hotspots

Oventine by Al Safadi just launched its new summer menu across its Business Bay and Motor City locations, and there are some seriously good new additions worth shouting about. The menu stays true to Oventine’s signature oven-first approach – fresh, fast-casual Levantine food built around artisanal dough – but this season brings a bold new lineup alongside the classics.

New on the wraps front: the Bass-Terma (basterma, melted cheese and fiery sauce), the Fiery Sujouk (sujouk, pickles, cheese and house fiery sauce), and the Sugar Rahash – a sweet wrap with halawa, honey, banana and crushed pistachio that is a nod to Lebanon’s love of halawa, reimagined. On the flatties side, the Chicken Truffle Royale is the standout – a truffle-base flattie layered with grilled chicken, fresh mushrooms, parmesan and truffle mayo. The salads and bowls have also had a summer refresh, with options like the Avo Fattoush, Quinoa Bulghari Salad and Chicken Bro-tein Bowl rounding things out nicely.
