Il Pranzo di Mare
Available every Saturday throughout July, Il Gattopardo presents Il Pranzo di Mare, an exclusive menu celebrating the finest from the sea. Starting from AED 198 per person, this limited-edition experience is a homage to coastal Italy. Guests can begin with exquisite selections from the Crudo Bar, featuring the delicate Ricciola yellowtail carpaccio, before moving on to warm starters such as the aromatic Vongole Marinara. The celebration continues with a Primi, a pasta course highlighting an authentic Lasagna with Black Angus ragù, and a sophisticated choice of Secondi including the expertly grilled Pesce Spada or a delicate Spiedino di Pesce seabass and prawn skewer.
