Tamoka, Dubai’s vibrant beachfront restaurant known for its Latin American spirit, has unveiled an exciting new menu that reimagines the region’s iconic flavours with a modern, creative twist. Launched in celebration of the new alfresco season, the menu is perfectly crafted for beachside dining in a lively, sun-soaked setting.
This refreshed selection takes guests on a culinary journey through Latin America, showcasing fresh, robust ingredients and contemporary interpretations of traditional dishes – all served with Tamoka’s signature flair.
Guests can enjoy the Empanada de Verde, a green plantain pastry filled with savoury beef sofrito and paired with a tangy tomatillo mermelada, and the Hogao de Pulpo y Chorizo, featuring charred octopus with Colombian hogao sauce, beef chorizo, crab, and a vibrant green salsa macha.
The Ensalada Andina offers a colourful mix of crunchy kale, charred broccolini, corn, crispy chickpeas, and corn-fed chicken, dressed in a creamy spiced sauce. For fans of ceviche, the Carretillero brings together an explosion of seafood flavours with crunchy cancha corn and aji amarillo leche de tigre.
Seafood lovers can delight in the Chicha Morada, a seabass dish complemented by glazed sweet potato and a rich purple corn sauce, or savour the Langostinos Encocao’s, grilled prawns bathed in creamy coconut and aji amarillo sauce, served with grilled corn and sweet plantain.
Vegetarian options shine with the ColiflorRostizada– roasted cauliflower topped with peanut mole, walnut chimichurri, and crispy chickpeas. On the side, comforting staples like Arroz al Coco (Guayaquil-style coconut rice) and Papas a la Huancaína (Peruvian potatoes with quail egg and huancaina sauce) round out the offering.
Ending on a sweet note with dessert, the Tres Leches de Elote is a must-try – a soaked corn sponge cake served with silky corn milk, sweet corn ice cream, and a delicate corn tuile.
Tamoka has also given some guest favourites a bold new makeover. The Tinga de Pato now comes with a smoky chipotle and black garlic mayo, the Pollito BB features corn-fed baby chicken served with aji de polleria and burnt lemon, and the Panza de Cerdo is now elevated with pistachio mole, pickled salad, and crispy chicharrón.
Staying true to its sustainable ethos, Tamoka champions locally sourced ingredients – from homegrown greens cultivated in-house to ethically sourced seafood – all prepared with care and creativity.
Set against panoramic views of Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah, the new menu invites guests to savour an elevated yet authentic taste of Latin America in the heart of Dubai.
