Sirene’s set menu has been created especially for large gathering during Ramadan, bringing together a selection of dishes designed for sharing. Guests can begin with Lentil Soup alongside vibrant starters such as Tomato Garifalo with tomatoes, capers, sea salt and oregano, and Baked Goat’s Cheese wrapped in filo pastry with thyme honey and nuts. The menu then moves onto heartier plates including Prawn Harissa with garlic, rosemary, chilli and lemon, and Baby Goat Orzo, slow cooked with orzo and Graviera cheese. To conclude, Homemade Frozen Greek Yogurt with honey, caramelised walnuts and loukoumades offers a gentle sweetness to end the evening.
