Dining at Pierchic is an unhurried experience, where General Manager Luca Gagliardi and his cast of foodies romance their guests with a narrative that is almost as enthralling as the theatrical dishes they describe. The menu is naturally seafood-centric, however all palates and preferences are sated with both meat and vegetable creations par excellence.

The Chic Brunch, served every Friday, curates a simplistic yet oh-so-flavourful fare perfect for seafood enthusiasts.

The lively brunch boasts of an assorted seafood selection and handcrafted cocktails paired with the finest house grapes and bubbles. Watch out for the Le Grand Plateau delivering a diverse selection of the finest shellfish sourced from around the world.

The Raw Marine Experience ups the game with Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna, tinged with an infusion of chili, scallions, garlic, and ginger, served alongside sweet-and-sour Japanese Hamachi Carpaccio.

Finishing with an assortment of Pierchic signature sweets, the Chic Brunch is big on surprising guests with a touch of the unexpected.

CHIC BY DAY 

Pairing fresh catches of the day with the finest produce, the Chic By Day three-course menu at Pierchic, available Saturday to Thursday, offers a curated fare of modern flavours with Mediterranean touches.

Priced at AED 350, expect an array of ultra-modern interpretations of Wild Seabass Ceviche with the unmistakable tang of mandarin or relish the flavours of the sea with Spanish Bluefin Tuna Nicoise. The main course features a heartier fare ranging from Yellowfin Tuna in pepper puree to Seasonal mushroom risotto while desserts like Macadamia Parfait, Mango Coconut Panna Cotta Duo, Fresh Fruit Tart promise a tantalizing end to an exciting evening as you take in panoramic views of the famous Burj Al Arab whilst dining by the Arabian Sea.
