Turning up the heat this June, Mausam by Emaar Hospitality Group, presents an exclusive ‘Four Hands Dinner’ collaboration between two culinary maestros – Chef Manoj Batham, Chef de Cuisine of Mausam, and Chef Prashant Chipkar, Executive Chef of Masti.
From 11th to 30th June 2025, diners can experience an extraordinary menu that pushes the boundaries of Indian cuisine while honouring its rich heritage, featuring à la carte selections at lunch showcasing signature dishes from both chefs, while dinner offers a specially curated 3-course sharing menu (AED 275 per person) available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, highlighting reinvented classics like the Chow ki Tikki, smoky Chipotle Paneer Tikka, regal Rajasthani Laal Maas, and coastal Alleppey Fish Curry. Each dish highlights premium ingredients like Tellicherry black pepper, kasundi mustard, raw mango, chipotle chilli, and Mathania chilli from Rajasthan, showcasing the depth and authenticity of Indian cuisine.
Chef Manoj Batham, with 15 years of expertise across India, Dublin, and Dubai, is celebrated for his mastery of Indian flavours and innovative approach. His journey, from The Oberoi Udaivilas to Mausam, reflects his dedication to tradition and creativity. Chef Prashant Chipkar, a culinary pioneer, has made his mark at Michelin-starred RASOI in Geneva and Bangkok’s groundbreaking GAGGAN, including recognition from the Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau.
The name Mausam, meaning “season” in Hindi, Arabic, and Urdu, embodies the restaurant’s commitment to an ever-evolving menu that celebrates the diversity and freshness of India’s seasons and traditions. The interiors blend soft, earthy tones with intricate Indian design elements, creating an elegant yet comfortable space for any occasion. Meanwhile, Masti ignites Dubai’s palate with fearless, modern Indian flavours. Together, the chefs from both restaurants present a masterful exploration of Indian cuisine.
