Lady Bird Opens At The Highly Anticipated 25 Jump Street

Say hello to Lady Bird, the newest cocktail-led neighbourhood bar created by 7 Management, opening its doors today at the highly anticipated 25 Jump Street. Full of character, playful charm and a hint of cheek, Lady Bird is a cosy corner for drinks with personality, comforting bites and stories waiting to unfold.

Inspired by the tiny, lucky ladybird, Lady Bird welcomes guests into a warm, easygoing setting shaped by rich tones, soft textures and intimate corners that invite them to linger, all carrying the quiet promise of good fortune in every glass.

The drinks-first philosophy centres on seven signature archetypes, a subtle nod to the ladybird’s seven spots. Bloom, Velour, Arrow, Hearth, Eclipse, Crown and Oracle each express a different feeling or energya guest might lean into. Bloom is light and uplifting with osmanthus and homemade peach soda, Eclipse brings something deeper with bourbon, scotch and honey water, Crown arrives with a champagne-forward confidence, and Oracle offers a subtle herbal edge through gin, sake and genmaicha. Every serve carries its own distinct character.

The kitchen continues the story with comfort-driven dining delivered with subtle sophistication. The menu features refined takes on familiar dishes created to pair naturally with the beverage programme. Guests can pop in for a flavour-packed lunch or settle in for shared plates that echo the bar’s inviting appeal. Highlights include Tuna Carpaccio with Raspberry Vinegar and Salmon Tartare with Avocado Mousse and Lemon Caviar.

Warm and indulgent dishes follow with standouts such as the Artichoke Dip with Toasted Sourdough, Lady Bird SlidersCroustillant de BoeufFried Brie with Cranberry Jam and Shrimp Tempura with Yuzu Miso Mayo. Larger plates like the Lobster Roll with Yuzukosho Mayo and the classic Niçoise Salad make Lady Bird just as inviting in the daytime as it is in the evening. Each dish is created to complement the cocktails while letting the drinks remain the star.

“Lady Bird represents our vision for a neighbourhood bar that blends creativity, quality and character,” says Rabih Fakhreddine, Founder and Group CEO of 7 Management. “Every cocktail and dish has been carefully crafted, reflecting our dedication to memorable moments, going beyond hospitality, and the subtle charm that makes the experience feel special. We wanted to create a space where guests can explore new flavours, connect with others, and enjoy an atmosphere that makes them want to return.”

“Lady Bird is the kind of neighbourhood bar I’ve always wanted to create,” says Lana Shemonaeva, Managing Partner and creative force behind the bar. “It is approachable, energetic and rooted in community, with an atmosphere that feels authentic and welcoming. If guests can slip into a mood, find a drink that meets them there and feel a small spark of good fortune along the way, then Lady Bird has done what it was made to do.”

Alongside the signatures, the bar also presents a line-up of reimagined classics. Guests can sip a Lavender Daiquiri, a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, an Elderflower Mule or a Watermelon Paloma made with Astral Blanco tequila and berry cordial. For something small and spirited, Lady Bird’s seasonal Minitinis arrive in flavours like green apple and basil or banana and passion fruit, proving that a little can go a long way.

True to its cheeky spirit, Lady Bird hides thoughtful touches throughout the experience. Guests may notice playful details tucked into menus, coasters and other small moments that hint at the bar’s lucky personality, gently encouraging them to lean into the fun. A playful QR mood quiz on each cocktail menu helps guests discover the archetype that suits their energy for the night and suggests a cocktail that feels intuitive and personal. These subtle, whimsical elements reflect the character of the venue and bring its mischievous soul to life.

Opening today, Lady Bird brings its laid-back, crafted charm to 25 Jump Street. It is set to attract cocktail lovers, curious creatives, lunchtime regulars and anyone who appreciates good food, a welcoming atmosphere and a bar that knows how to have fun.
