Sunday brunch is returning to delight guests at the Royal Mansour Marrakech once more, this time guided by the culinary vision of Hélène Darroze. This quintessential family experience is available every Sunday in the cosy, inviting atmosphere of La Grande Brasserie. Inspired by chef Hélène’s iconic classics, the brunch is a celebration of seasonal, generous cuisine, offering a true moment of refined indulgence for all ages.
A multi-course culinary journey
The tone is set from the moment you step into the Bars’Patio, where the seafood counter showcases the finest offerings from Morocco’s sea and rich terroir, artfully presenting plump Tan-Tan prawns, Oualidia oysters and spider crab alongside delicious smoked salmon and homemade fish rillettes.
The finest charcuterie – from air-dried duck chorizo to Cecina de León and bresaola – pairs perfectly with the selection of French cheeses, while Hélène’s signature chicken pie with duck foie gras and pistachios offers the ultimate indulgent treat.
The first act concludes with starters inspired by French classics, which have been subtly reimagined. Together with the iconic Niçoise salad elevated with tuna belly or the famous devilled eggs with Cantabrian anchovies, guests are spoilt for choice with fresh seasonal salads, flame-grilled vegetables and freshly picked herbs.
The epic journey continues at the table with a selection of the Chef’s signature creations, from free-range Landes chicken or John Dory fillet to indulgent macaroni gratin, along with many other dishes celebrating honest, lovingly prepared cuisine.
Since no brunch would be complete without honouring the timeless French breakfast classics, guests are treated to an assortment of pastries, including chef Hélène’s famous XXL pain au chocolat, accompanied by yoghurts and granola.
A time of togetherness for all the family
Children are specially catered for, with a station devoted entirely to their favourite treats. For added fun and excitement, playful touches bring the experience to life, from freshly made waffles and crêpes to candy floss, and of course, the much-loved chocolate fountain, which delights the youngest guests in a wonderfully joyful atmosphere.
Hélène Darroze’s Sunday celebration is a true moment of togetherness and delight, where gastronomy, generosity and family spirit come together in the exceptional setting of the Royal Mansour Marrakech. A delicious new way to enjoy Sundays to the fullest.
