Forget Flowers: 1920 Is Doing Champagne And Caviar For Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day, 1920 invites couples and romantics alike to celebrate love high above the city with an indulgent, late-night experience defined by champagne, caviar, and elevated speakeasy glamour.

Set on the 52nd floor of ICD Brookfield Place, 1920 offers a cinematic backdrop for the occasion, where sweeping skyline views, warm Art Deco interiors, and a refined cocktail programme create an intimate setting for a Valentine’s celebration that feels elegant, unrushed, and quietly indulgent.

Designed as a sharing experience, the Valentine’s offering centres around a curated selection of champagne and caviar pairings. Guests may choose between a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label or Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, each paired with 50g of Sturia Classic Baerii caviar, served with traditional accompaniments. Prices start from AED 1,170 for Veuve Clicquot and AED 1,950 for Ruinart Blanc de Blancs.

Complementing the experience is a specially created cocktail, Margarita Love, crafted with Lost Explorer Espadín mezcal, fresh lime, honey, love potions, and a delicate salt finish. The cocktail brings a playful yet refined note to the evening and is available throughout Valentine’s night for AED 85.

To accompany the drinks, 1920 presents a curated selection of elevated bites designed for sharing, priced at AED 220 per couple. The menu includes Oscietra caviar with potato croqué, sour cream, and chives, a bluefin tuna crisp-tart with filo pastry and yuzu ponzu mayonnaise, tender beef teriyaki skewers glazed in house-made sauce, and a sweet finish of chocolate lollipops served with coconut sorbet and zesty lime jam.

Adding to the romance, the evening will be accompanied by a live performance by singer Marc Hatem, whose soulful vocals and intimate soundscape will set the tone for the night. Performing throughout the evening, Hatem’s music brings warmth and emotion to the experience, creating a soundtrack designed for lingering conversations and shared moments above the city.

Whether celebrating a milestone or simply savoring the moment, Valentine’s Day at 1920 is designed to linger, a night where champagne flows, flavors unfold, and time slows.
