The Zafrani Murgh Dum Biryani offers succulent chicken infused with delicate saffron notes and garnished with nuts and fresh herbs. Vegetarian diners can savour the elegant Dum Turshi Subz Biryani, a fragrant medley of seasonal vegetables and prized morels with a subtle tang. For lovers of bold coastal flavours, the Chettinad Prawns Biryani delivers a vibrant South Indian spice profile with perfectly layered rice and marinated prawns.
Designed as a festive centrepiece for sharing, the feast is priced at AED 400 for 4 guests, a memorable way to gather with family and friends in the heart of Dubai Mall.
