Café Bateel invites guests to discover its new menu, now available across all UAE locations. Inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean, the menu showcases an elevated selection of gourmet dishes, thoughtfully curated by Bateel’s award-winning chefs. Led by Chef Nicholas Cuadrado, the culinary team combines timeless techniques with modern flair, transforming premium ingredients sourced from artisanal farmers and renowned European markets into refined, flavour-driven creations.
Guests can start the day with Mediterranean Steak & Eggs, featuring prime Australian striploin, vegetable frittata and creamy labneh, or enjoy Pancakes topped with Bateel’s signature warm date syrup, berries and Greek yoghurt. For lighter lunches & dinners, the Seabass Niçoise salad, the Seafood Linguini and the Date-Cured Scottish Salmon offer the perfect balance of refinement & flavour, while more indulgent options include the Wagyu Steak Frites and the Truffle Ravioli, filled with fresh Ricotta and Alba truffle sauce. There’s also an option for Burger lovers, who can choose between the Bateel Burger and The Wagyu Trio, both made with prime wagyu beef, and featuring Bateel’s signature sauce.
To finish, sweet indulgences such as the Fig & Vanilla Gâteaux, Macadamia Choux and Mango & Coconut Tart, are crafted by Bateel’s in-house pastry chefs, experts in the fine art of French patisserie. Guests can also discover new beverages such as the single-origin Date Cream Cold Brew and Royal Green Latte, blending signature Bateel organic dates with favorites like matcha and cold brew.
