This Tequila Day, celebrate with one of agave’s greatest smoky gifts, the bold Mezcal. Oaxaca Day is a cocktail with as much flavour as Mexico’s culinary heritage: complex, vibrant, and deeply rooted. The bar team at Beefbar created this cocktail with a mezcal base, made of a citrusy yet spiced body composed of yellow tomato and grapefruit soda, alongside some citrus sherbet, cardamom, bitters, and sesame powder. Mix it all together and serve it in a long glass, this is the perfect summer cocktail for a refreshing yet rich blend of flavours.
