Highlights include the Salmon Avocado Bagel, Halloumi Bagel, and Truffled Scrambled Eggs on brioche, along with comforting favorites like Eggs Florentine with scamorza mornay sauce, Red Shakshouka with paprika salsa and feta, and Croissant Benedicts with beef bacon or smoked salmon. Lighter options such as the Egg White Omelette and Matcha & Lychee Granola offer a refreshing balance.
