This summer, guests are invited on a flavourful tour of Italy’s most beloved coastal regions with Le Sapore di Mare, an à la carte celebration of the region’s picturesque coastline and flavours from the sea available until 31 August 2025. Inspired by the vibrant gastronomic heritage of the Amalfi Coast, Cinque Terre, and Sicily, the new seasonal menu showcases the richness and simplicity of traditional Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist.
Appetizers showcase a range of starters such as Zuppa di Pesce, a soulful seafood soup inspired by the region’s rustic fishing villages, and the Tartare di Tonno, where delicate tuna meets caviar, sour cream, and citrusy candy lemon.
Whilst the voyage continues with a selection of signature dishes including the Tagliolini Amalfitani, a homemade pasta paired with Mazzara red prawns and lemon sauce to capture the zest of Amalfi summers, as well as the Risotto Crema di ZucchinaAstice e Caviale, a rich blend of Acquerello rice, zucchini cream, lobster, and caviar for a taste of indulgence.
Mains continue the seaside story with the Branzino alla Ligure, a perfectly cooked seabass with Taggiasca olives, potato, tomato, and artichoke, as well as the bold flavours of the Gamberoni Aglio e Olio, featuring grilled prawns, a spicy reduction, and toasted croutons.
It wouldn’t be a true taste of Italy without dessert, and so Armani/Deli ends the menu on a sweet note with a Sicilian favourite; Brioche with Gelato, offering a choice of pistachio or vanilla ice cream nestled inside a soft, golden brioche bun.
Le Sapore di Mare is available daily at Armani/Deli, Level 1, until 31 August 2025.
