Celebrate World Ceviche Day at Tamoka on the 28th June, with a special limited-edition ceviche, inspired by Chef Sergio’s childhood summers on the beaches of Bahía de Banderas, where his grandmother lived by the beach. It was in her kitchen, surrounded by the scent of citrus and coconut, that he first discovered the flavours that would shape his culinary path.

Now all these years later, his grandmother’s signature Piña Colada Ceviche, a coastal blend of coconut milk, pineapple juice, fresh seafood and a touch of habanero has been reimagined for one week only, with a recipe rooted in memory and made for modern palates.

Guests can enjoy the vibrant tropical ceviche served in a tiki cup, featuring red snapper, prawns, and crispy fried baby squid, layered with coconut aguachile and finished with dried pineapple, roasted coconut, and cancha corn. It’s bold, fresh, and full of corazón, just like the beachside kitchen where it all began all while enjoying stunning views of Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah.
