A Mid-Year Toast To The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year: Reform Social & Grill Celebrates Its ‘Halfway To Christmas’ Brunch

Who says you have to wait until December for a taste of Christmas cheer? Reform Social & Grill is unwrapping the festivities early with its delightfully cheeky ‘Halfway to Christmas Brunch’, happening on Saturday 21st June. Join us any time between 12 PM and 6 PM for a three-hour merry-making session featuring fabulous food, festive drinks and just the right dose of pre-holiday spirit.

This year’s edition brings a sun-soaked twist to tradition, swapping snow boots for flip flops and featuring Santa in full surfer mode. Expect a playful, easy-going ambiance with the bar team decked out in Hawaiian shirts, beach-inspired arts and crafts for the kids and even a backyard cricket setup for a bit of friendly competition in the garden.

Whether you’ve been naughty, nice or somewhere in between, the spread promises plenty of festive indulgence for all. Kick things off with a nostalgic nod to the classics – think Prawn Cocktail, Creamy Potato Salad, and Fresh Oysters with a cheeky splash of raspberry vinegar. Platters also include delectable oink cold cuts as well as truffle butter-slathered bread that’s frankly worth coming out of summer hibernation for.

When it comes to mains, we’re going full-on festive. Choose from Roast Turkey or Lamb with rosemary jus, Glazed Pork Ham with clove & mustard crust, or a summery alternative with Whole Roasted Barramundi – all served with roast potatoes and hearty root veg, because it wouldn’t be Christmas (even in June) without them.

For the grand finale? A dessert platter packed with traditional Pavlova with berries and passionfruit, Fruit Salad with mint syrup, Mini Mince Pies and of course, a slice (or three) of Chocolate Yule Log.

Prices start from AED 285 per person for the food-only package, AED 350 with soft drinks and AED 465 for the full festive tipple treatment. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Pre-booking and advance payment are required.

So, dig out your sun-kissed Santa hat, embrace the oddity of summer mince pies and join us for a jolly afternoon that proves festive fun isn’t just for December. After all, who said turkey should only be enjoyed once a year?
