Celebrating the arrival of the European truffle season, the exclusive seasonal menu brings together authentic Italian recipes elevated with freshly shaved black truffle. Shaved tableside, the truffle releases its unmistakable aroma, transforming each dish into an indulgent and memorable dining experience.
The menu features a selection of signature creations, including handmade Tagliolini with fresh black truffle, Truffle Beef Tenderloin, Truffle Risotto with 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, Burrata with black truffle and Piedmont hazelnuts, Creamy Truffle Mashed Potatoes, and a limited-edition Tiramisu finished with black truffle, prepared live for an unforgettable tableside experience.
