Nammos Dubai Welcomes A New Season With Fresh Flavours, New Culinary Creations And An Exciting Entertainment Line-Up

A new season is underway at Nammos Dubai, bringing with it new flavours, a fresh line-up of entertainment and long days spent by the sea. Set along the beachfront at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, the Mykonos-born destination welcomes the cooler months with an exciting new culinary direction, a calendar of international DJs and live performances, and plenty to look forward to as Dubai moves back outdoors. From leisurely lunches that turn into lively afternoons to evenings filled with music, Nammos brings together familiar favourites, new experiences and the Mediterranean atmosphere it has become known for, giving guests even more reasons to visit in the months ahead.

New Flavours at Nammos Dubai

One of the biggest highlights comes from the kitchen, as Nammos Dubai introduces one of its most significant menu updates in recent years. Led by Head Chef Adil Ahmed, the new offering builds on the Mediterranean roots of Nammos, combining completely new creations with fresh interpretations of the restaurant’s much-loved classics. The result is a menu that feels both familiar and exciting, bringing new flavours and ingredients to the table while staying true to the culinary identity that has defined Nammos since its beginnings in Mykonos.

Among the new highlights is the Black Angus Beef Tartare, served with truffle and smoked avgolemono, a Greek-inspired sauce that brings a different dimension to the dish. The Tuna Tartare also introduces a fresh combination of aubergine mayonnaise and bottarga, while the Japanese selection welcomes new additions including Hamachi Tiradito and Smoked Hamachi.

Greek influences remain at the heart of the menu, with new creations such as Feta Bouyiourdi, served with tomato, chilli and oregano, and Veal Cheek Xhylopites, featuring 24-hour slow-cooked veal cheek. Alongside the new dishes, the menu retains the much-loved classics that guests return for, including the Aubergine Mille-Feuille with feta mousse and basil oil, Anthotyro Ravioli with truffle and soft Greek cheese, and Linguine Lobster. The daily Fish Market also remains central to the Nammos dining experience, offering a changing selection of Mediterranean fish and seafood, while the Meat Market brings together premium cuts selected for sharing at the table.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the new menu, Head Chef Adil Ahmed shares: “The inspiration was to build on what guests already love about Nammos while giving them something new to discover. We revisited some familiar dishes with new recipes and introduced some new ideas into the menu. The menu developed through tasting and sharing ideas as a team. For me, the important thing was that each dish tasted balanced, the ingredients came through clearly, and it felt at home on the Nammos menu. I’m proud of what we’ve created together.”

This approach is also reflected in the work of Chef Thomas Papas, whose Greek heritage has played an important role in shaping the menu. He adds: “For me, the inspiration comes from my Greek roots, the ingredients, and the idea of giving familiar dishes a new twist while keeping their identity. I believe the best ideas come when the team gets together, shares thoughts, tastes, experiments, and has fun along the way until we find something special. At the end of the day, it’s about creating dishes where the flavours and ingredients speak for themselves and bring our vision to life. It’s always rewarding to see how our ideas come together on the plate and to know that every dish carries a little piece of what we’ve built as a team.”

The culinary experience extends to the bar, where Nammos classics meet a selection of new signature cocktails. Long-standing favourites such as the Nammos Spritz, with bergamot, honey and Prosecco, and Hidden Guilt remain on the menu, alongside new creations including Mandarin & Tonka, featuring tequila, mastiha and mandarin, the refreshing Yuzu Paloma and Red Pearl. Available across the restaurant’s indoor bar and outdoor terrace, the selection also includes alcohol-free options.

A New Line-Up of Entertainment

Music has always been integral to the Nammos DNA, shaping its identity since its beginnings on Psarou Beach in Mykonos. This October, Nammos Dubai sets the tempo for an exciting new season, with a line-up of DJs and live performers, from returning favourites to international names, bringing fresh energy to the beachfront and the signature Mediterranean atmosphere that has become synonymous with Nammos.

The entertainment line-up features Nico de Andrea on 24th October and Marasi on 25th October. The month closes with Nammos Dubai’s Halloween Party on 31st October, featuring a performance by Laolu. The programme will continue throughout November and December, with more international artists and performances set to be announced.

At Nammos, music is woven naturally into the day rather than treated as a separate occasion. As the afternoon unfolds, the energy gradually builds, with tables filling up, dishes arriving to share and music setting the rhythm as leisurely lunches turn into lively gatherings. It is this signature atmosphere, where dining, music and the beachfront lifestyle come together so effortlessly, that has made Nammos a destination in its own right.

A New Season by the Sea

With Dubai’s cooler months ahead, the beach takes centre stage once again. Open from 11:00 AM, guests can settle in for a full day by the water, moving between the sea, beach and restaurant as the day unfolds.

Single sunbeds are available for AED 300 per person, non-redeemable and inclusive of a complimentary welcome drink, while children aged 10 and below can enjoy a sunbed for AED 150 per child, also inclusive of a complimentary welcome drink.

For groups looking to spend the day together, Nammos’ cabanas offer a more private beachfront setting, with space for up to eight guests. Cabanas are available for AED 5,000, with AED 3,000 redeemable on food and beverages, and include a complimentary fruit platter. Guests can also enjoy towels, changing rooms, showers and complimentary valet parking.

From new dishes and a changing calendar of performers to long lunches and afternoons on the beach, the new season brings together the different sides of Nammos Dubai, with food, music and days by the sea flowing naturally into one another.
