Saturday mornings in Dubai are getting a new wellness ritual as Third Avenue and CIMA come together to launch a new ladies-only Wellness Series & Breakfast at The Dubai Mall.
Set on Third Avenue’s outdoor terrace in Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall with uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, the experience brings together movement, breakfast and social connection in one of Downtown Dubai’s most distinctive settings.
The collaboration brings together Third Avenue, an Italian-Mediterranean dining destination known for its terrace overlooking Downtown Dubai, and CIMA, a women-focused wellness concept centred around movement, wellbeing and community. Together, the two brands are creating a Saturday morning experience designed to make wellness feel more social, enjoyable and naturally integrated into the weekend.
Each session begins with a 50-minute Pilates class led by a CIMA instructor, taking guests through a considered sequence of stretching, strengthening and controlled movement. Suitable for different experience levels, the class offers women the opportunity to move, reset and start the day feeling energised, all against the backdrop of the Burj Khalifa.
Once the session concludes, guests can settle in at Third Avenue for a leisurely breakfast, turning the morning from a workout into a wider social experience. Rather than rushing off after class, attendees are encouraged to stay, meet other women, catch up with friends and enjoy time together over breakfast.

The Third Avenue x CIMA Wellness Series & Breakfast will take place on Saturday mornings between 9AM and 11AM at Third Avenue, Fashion Avenue, The Dubai Mall, and is priced at AED 189 per person, inclusive of the 50-minute Pilates session and breakfast.
