Boardwalk welcomes back its Squisito Brunch from Saturday, October 17th, at its waterfront setting at Dubai Creek Resort. Taking place every Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the afternoon combines a sharing-style menu served to the table, free-flowing beverages and live duo entertainment, all overlooking Dubai Creek.
Made for long, leisurely Saturdays, Squisito brings the spirit of an Italian weekend to the Creek, with dishes arriving at the table to share over drinks and conversation. Boardwalk’s marina-inspired interiors and outdoor terrace set the scene, with a live musical performance adding to the relaxed atmosphere throughout brunch.
The menu opens with a selection of starters including Panzanella Salad with passion fruit sauce, basil, tomato and croutons; Prawn Saganaki with feta, tomato, garlic and parsley; Crispy Calamari & Whitebait with basil salt, rosemary mayonnaise and lime; and Polpette al Sugo with tomato sauce, basil, Wagyu meat and 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano.
For mains, the table is filled with traditional Italian Pasta with Beef Ragout and Parmigiano Reggiano, a Grilled Mixed Seafood Platter featuring Loch Fyne salmon, sea bass, calamari, clams and mussels; followed by and Melanzane alla Parmigiana layered with fried eggplant, tomato sauce, mozzarella, Reggiano sauce and basil.
The afternoon ends on a sweet note with Tiramisu, Torta della Nonna, Chocolate Profiteroles, Ricotta Cheesecake and Gianduja Chocolate, served for the table to share.
Guests can choose from three free-flowing beverage packages, while live music and uninterrupted views across Dubai Creek set the pace for the afternoon. With its relaxed waterfront setting and generous Italian menu, Squisito Brunch is an easy way to settle into the weekend as Dubai’s outdoor season begins.
