This Halloween, Amaru Restaurant & Lounge transforms into The AMARU Masquerade, an immersive dinner and late-night celebration inspired by the mystery of Halloween and the colour, symbolism and celebratory spirit of Día de los Muertos.
Set within the Latin American destination’s immersive surroundings at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, the evening will unfold through four distinct chapters – The Veil, The Awakening, El Fuego and La Celebración – taking guests on a journey from dinner into an energetic after-dark celebration.
Throughout the night, curated projection mapping will transform the architecture around guests, while a series of live performances featuring a singer, dancers and a fire performance gradually build the energy. As the final chapter unfolds, the DJ takes over, shifting the experience into a full-scale late-night party.
The transformation will extend across the space, from the entrance and striking Mayan calendar wall to the DJ booth and bar. Candlelight, deep reds, marigold tones, floral elements and theatrical imagery will create an atmospheric world suspended between mystery and celebration.
For a more intimate start to the evening, La Galería, Amaru’s second-floor dining space, will welcome guests for dinner before they join the late-night celebration downstairs.
The experience will bring together a curated dining journey, immersive projection mapping, live entertainment and masks, alongside an exclusive Halloween dessert and signature beverage created especially for the occasion.
Guests will also be encouraged to embrace the theme and take part in the evening’s Best Dressed Masquerade, with the winner receiving a return dining experience for two.
