Georgian restaurant Shvili has officially opened its doors in DIFC, bringing big tables, freshly baked khachapuri, handmade khinkali and plenty of Georgian wine to the heart of Dubai’s business district.
The new restaurant is Shvili’s first licensed UAE location and is designed around one of Georgia’s best-loved traditions that welcomes gathering around the table over good food and wine.
The menu is made for sharing, with Georgian favourites including khinkali, traditional dumplings filled with seasoned meat and hearty broth, and khachapuri, a freshly baked Georgian cheese bread.
Also on the menu are Georgian appetiser plates, dishes cooked and served in traditional ketsi clay pans, grilled meats, vegetarian options and a carefully chosen selection of Georgian wines.
