This October and November, carine by Chef Izu Ani is turning the simple act of coming together around a table into an opportunity to do more. In partnership with Al Jalila Foundation, the restaurant is launching Together for More, an initiative supporting Women’s and Men’s Cancer Awareness Months, for its community to contribute, connect and help create meaningful change
Rooted in the belief that even a small individual contribution can become something far greater when a community comes together, Together for More is centred around one simple message: More Awareness. More Conversations. More Support. Across the two months, selected tables at carine will be dedicated to the campaign, inviting guests to make their meal part of a wider effort to support those affected by cancer
For AED 100, guests can reserve one of the dedicated tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Al Jalila Foundation in support of cancer research and awareness. In doing so, an everyday moment shared with family, friends or colleagues becomes a simple way to contribute to work that reaches beyond the restaurant.
Spanning Women’s Cancer Awareness Month in October and Men’s Cancer Awareness Month in November, Together for More also brings a shared focus to the experiences of women andmen impacted by cancer. By extending the initiative across both months, carine hopes to encourage more open conversations around the disease and reinforce the importance of continued awareness, support and investment in the people and communities it affects
