This summer, Rosa’s Thai is welcoming four new dishes to its menu, bringing even more of Thailand’s everyday favourites to Dubai. The latest additions celebrate the bold ingredients, made-from-scratch cooking, and generous spirit that have made Rosa’s Thai a favourite for authentic Thai dining.
The new menu begins with two flavour-packed starters. The Crispy Aubergine with Pad Cha Sauce pairs golden-fried aubergine strips with Rosa’s homemade Pad Cha sauce, infused with fragrant Thai herbs and spices, while the Thai Fried Chicken Wings are marinated, fried until golden and finished with crispy shallots and spring onions before being served with sweet chilli sauce.
The new additions also include the new Waterfall Beef that brings together slow-marinated grilled beef with fresh herbs, chilli, lemon, fish sauce and Rosa’s smoky-spicy Jim Jeaw sauce, served alongside crisp vegetables and sticky rice. Bringing people together around one table, the new Tom Yum Soup Hot Pot for Two celebrates one of Thailand’s most iconic dishes, combining calamari, shrimp and jumbo prawns with mushrooms, tomatoes and aromatic herbs in a rich hot and sour broth, finished with evaporated milk for a perfectly balanced, creamy finish. Available exclusively for dine-in, it offers guests a new way to experience one of Thailand’s most recognisable flavours.
The new additions join Rosa’s signature favourites, including the much-loved Pad Thai, Green Curry and Mango Sticky Rice, giving guests even more opportunities to enjoy authentic Thai cooking whether dining in or at home. The Tom Yum Soup Hot Pot for Two is available exclusively for dine-in, while the remaining new dishes can also be enjoyed through delivery.
