Following its annual summer pause, award-winning restaurant Pierre’s TT at InterContinental Dubai Festival City is reopening its doors and raising a glass to Dubai. To celebrate the return and welcome back guests who have been away over the summer, the restaurant will offer every guest a complimentary glass of French bubbles, or a non-alcoholic alternative, from Thursday 3rd to Saturday 5th September.
Pierre’s TT has established itself as a destination for modern European gastronomy, bringing the distinctive French flair of legendary Chef Pierre Gagnaire to the UAE whilst the restaurant’s culinary vision is brought to life by Chef de Cuisine Mathieu Balbino. As guests return to the vibrant and playful setting of Pierre’s TT, they will be welcomed with a perfectly chilled glass of bubbles, a simple gesture designed to say: thank you and welcome home.
From there, diners can explore the restaurant’s à la carte offering or opt for its signature five-course Menu Découverte. Priced at AED 590 per person, the menu is a refined showcase of Pierre’s TT’s artistry and culinary craftsmanship, taking guests on a contemporary journey through modern European gastronomy.
Pierre’s TT offers the perfect opportunity to ease back into Dubai life after a summer spent travelling, whilst enjoying the creative spirit and exceptional hospitality that have made Pierre’s TT a firm favourite among the city’s dining community for so long.
Pierre’s TT is open from 4pm, Monday to Saturday. The complimentary glass of French bubbles, or non-alcoholic alternative, will be available to all guests dining at the restaurant from Thursday 3rd to Saturday 5th September.
