It’s this unmistakable rhythm of a UAE summer that has inspired Nando’s latest limited-time Summer Menu, available in all UAE Casas from 6 August. Created for residents spending the season in the city, the new menu brings together seven exciting additions that celebrate bold flavour, refreshing moments and the joy of discovering something new.
At the heart of the launch is the PERi-Crackle Avo Burger, layering flame-grilled chicken thighs with smashed avocado, pickled red onion and the all-new PERi-Crackle on a toasted Portuguese Roll. Guests can also discover the Smokey Crispy Cheese Burger, featuring a crisp golden cheese disc, smoky paprika aioli and caramelised onions, while the much-loved Fino Pita, already a favourite among Nando’s fans in the UK, makes its UAE debut with flame-grilled chicken, grilled halloumi, caramelised red onion relish and garlic aioli.
Adding another layer to the launch is PERi-Crackle, a new flavour-packed topping combining toasted sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds with garlic, onion and Nando’s signature PERi-PERi sauce. Available as an add-on across selected dishes, it gives guests a new way to personalise their meal while adding a satisfying layer of crunch and spice.
Completing the summer line-up are three new designer drinks inspired by the season. The Cinnamon Rooibos Refresher, Cucumber Citrus Cooler and Hibiscus Lemonade have each been created to complement the bold flavours of Nando’s flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken while offering a refreshing contrast during the warmer months.
