This summer, Novikov Café is giving guests another reason to reach for their cameras before taking the first sip. The Dubai Mall destination is launching Summer in a Cup, a colourful collection of four limited-edition drinks created to look as good as they taste.
Available throughout August and September and priced at AED 65 each, the menu brings together bold colours, layered textures and refreshing flavours, making each drink perfect for capturing, sharing and enjoying during a summer afternoon.
The Blue Cloud is the collection’s most striking creation, combining coconut water, lime juice, blue curaçao and blue cream in a vibrant blue serve. For matcha lovers, the Strawberry Matcha layers strawberry purée, coconut milk and matcha for a creamy drink with contrasting shades of pink and green.
Coffee takes on a tropical character with the Tropical Noir, where mango purée and coconut water meet cold brew. Completing the collection is the Espresso Tonic, a crisp combination of double-shot espresso and tonic water, served in visually distinct layers.
Whether enjoyed during a catch-up, an afternoon coffee break or a pause between shopping, Summer in a Cup adds a playful seasonal touch to the Novikov Café experience. The collection will be available for a limited time only.
